We thought that a premium BBQ steak meal would be a perfect way to celebrate Fathers Day and the hot weather. As such, I’ve sourced some exceptional Surrey beef ribeye steaks which would be delivered chilled, raw, with flaked sea salt on the side ready for you to season. These would be ready to flash on the grill/BBQ. Alternatively I’m offering pre-grilled hanger steak ready to be roasted in the oven – although it’s a staple on my menu, that doesn’t make it any less delicious! Both will be served with roasted garlic butter.

You can also choose to not have a meat option, but we would request that the minimum order is £75.

A la carte side dishes

Like all special occasions, I want to give you complete freedom to choose the sides your family prefer. I’ve paired the meat dishes with some traditional BBQ sides, including a traditional potato salad, caprese salad, shaved courgette salad, and grilled asparagus. For dessert options I’m offering a fruit platter, a salted caramel tart, and a peach and raspberry galette.

Traditional American Potato Salad

Sliced potatoes, cornichons, garden herbs, and creamy herb dressing. Allergens: Dairy, mustard, eggs.

Ultimate Caprese Salad

Layers of multicoloured tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves atop a bed of greens with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Allergens: Dairy (optional).

Grilled Courgette Salad with Manchego

Grilled courgette, shaved courgette, pumpkin seeds, and shaved manchego atop a bed of greens. Served with a pepita and lime dressing. Allergens: Dairy

Grilled Asparagus

The asparagus season is coming to an end in the UK, so this may be a fond farewell until next year for my grilled asparagus sides.

Salted Caramel Tart
